Accessing calendars/mailboxes for the first time

Folks,

For those of you trying to get 'edit' access to calendars for the first time, two factor authentication means you will need a code. When you're trying to access the gmail please message me at mikewoods911@btinternet.com or on 07769 299666 as you attempt to get access (ideally out of business hours). I can then send you the code. This should only have to happen once for each device you use.

Please note, because of my work I do not have access to my email / telephone during business hours.
