We are a friendly, active group of ladies from a variety of backgrounds and with a wide range of ages and many different interests.  We enjoy the social aspects of our monthly get togethers, where we experience a huge variety of activities, demonstrations and talks.

Wherever possible we take part in Federation and National Events and competitions - our most recent being the Variations on a Theme Competition, where we represented Dunbartonshire Federation.  We participate in quizzes, choirs, ruralympics and other sports where possible and we enjoy visiting other groups in the area and welcoming their members to our activities.

We have a swimming group which meets twice a month for a swim and coffee and we get involved in Community events.

As we move forwards we are exploring lots of other ways to enjoy excursions and new experiences with members ideas and suggestions always welcome
